EPOTM PRESENTS
The Liberation Code
A ten-week private coaching experience with André Stewart.
Become someone you can trust to follow through.
A ten-week, psychology-led identity shift experience to close the gap between where you are now and who you know you can become.
Tell us where you feel stuck and what you want to change. If the fit is right, the next step is a conversation.
More than knowing what to do
Clearer decisions. Greater self-trust. Action you can sustain.
You can be ambitious without turning every day into a test of your worth. You can make a decision without asking five people to make it feel safe. You can pursue something meaningful without abandoning it the moment uncertainty appears.
The work is learning how to respond differently when the old pattern shows up—and building evidence that you can rely on yourself.
FREE 3-MINUTE PATTERN AUDIT
What keeps repeating in your life?
You may already know what you want to change.
But when the decision becomes real, certain responses can seem to appear automatically.
You think longer than you intended.
You push harder than you should have to.
You say yes when part of you already knows the answer is no.
Or you begin with conviction, only to find yourself restarting the same goal later.
And perhaps, as you think about the places where this keeps happening, you can begin to notice that what looked like separate problems may be connected by the same underlying pattern.
The 3-Minute Liberation Pattern Audit helps you identify the recurring behavioral pattern most likely influencing how you respond to decisions, pressure, boundaries, and follow-through.
9 questions. About 3 minutes. No perfect answers required.
When insight isn’t changing your life
You understand the pattern. Yet you keep ending up here.
You have read the books, listened to the podcasts, and thought carefully about what needs to change. You may even be the person other people turn to for advice.
Then the decision gets real. You delay. You overprepare. You say yes when you want to say no. You reach another milestone and still feel the pressure to prove yourself again.
Knowing why you do something can help. Changing it also takes practice in the moments when the familiar response feels easier.
That is where we work: the beliefs, expectations, emotional reactions, and daily choices that keep the same results in place.
Why knowing isn’t enough
Your nervous system decides before you do.
When a moment feels high-stakes—the conversation, the decision, the boundary—your body reacts first. Heart rate, tension, urgency. The familiar response is already underway before your thinking mind gets a vote.
That is why insight alone rarely changes the moment. You can understand exactly why you freeze, overcommit, or push harder—and still watch yourself do it.
Regulation is the skill of steadying your system in those moments, so the choice you make is the one you actually wanted. It is practiced, not understood—and it is trainable.
Calm is not a personality trait. It is a practice.
The cost of staying the same
Every year the pattern runs, it collects.
The decision you keep postponing does not wait politely. It quietly shapes your career, your relationships, and the standard you accept from yourself.
Each time you say yes when you mean no, the boundary gets harder to hold. Each goal you restart teaches you a little less trust in your own follow-through.
The real price of the pattern is not dramatic. It is the years spent re-learning the same lesson, and the version of your life that stays on hold while you do.
The question is not whether the pattern costs you. It is how much longer you want to keep paying.

Your next chapter needs practice
Make room for a different response.
Notice the pattern. Understand its role. Choose what happens next.
How insight becomes something you can use.
We connect what you understand about yourself with what you actually do under pressure.
01
Identity and learned patterns
Understand the assumptions, standards, and protective habits influencing your choices. Separate what matters to you now from what you learned to do to feel accepted, capable, or safe.
02
Emotional awareness and response
Learn to notice the moments when urgency, fear, or self-doubt begin directing your behavior—and how your nervous system signals them before they take over. Practice regulation tools that help you pause, steady yourself, and choose your response.
03
Self-trust and deliberate action
Build confidence through decisions and follow-through. Set realistic commitments, hold boundaries, and learn from action without turning every setback into a judgment about who you are.
Integration means practicing these skills together in the situations that matter to you.

What we work toward
Know your patterns. Change your response. Trust your actions.
Identity and direction
Make choices that reflect what matters to you now.
- Recognize assumptions behind recurring decisions.
- Define standards you can explain and practice.
- Identify where approval or past expectations are setting your direction.
Emotional response and steadiness
Create more room between discomfort and reaction.
- Identify triggers in real situations.
- Practice responding to uncertainty with greater intention.
- Recognize when overworking, avoiding, controlling, or withdrawing is becoming your default.
Self-trust and follow-through
Give yourself evidence that you can act on what matters.
- Make decisions with clearer criteria.
- Hold boundaries when they become uncomfortable.
- Build commitments you can keep and adjust after setbacks.
These are intended areas of development. Your goals and progress will be individual.
What keeps repeating in your life?
Bring the decision you keep postponing, the boundary you keep moving, or the goal you keep restarting. Your application is a place to tell us what is happening in your own words.
We review your goals and whether this coaching experience fits the work you want to do.
Inside the ten weeks
A clear process. Applied to your life.
We use this progression as a guide while adapting the work to your goals, circumstances, and pace.
Weeks 1–3
Understand the pattern
We map the beliefs, recurring choices, expectations, and protective habits influencing your current results. You identify the situations where you feel stuck and define the changes that would matter in daily life.
- Week 1: Establish your goals and a starting point using concrete examples.
- Week 2: Examine recurring beliefs, assumptions, and learned responses.
- Week 3: Define the standards, boundaries, and decisions you want to practice.
TakeawayA personal pattern map and a focused set of development goals.
Weeks 4–6
Practice a different response
We work with situations as they happen. You practice noticing emotional reactions, regulating your nervous system under pressure, interrupting familiar habits, and making manageable choices when discomfort appears.
- Week 4: Recognize triggers and early signals before the default response takes over.
- Week 5: Practice a pause, assess options, and choose a response deliberately.
- Week 6: Apply those tools to a meaningful boundary, conversation, or decision.
TakeawayA practical response toolkit and exercises grounded in your real life.
Weeks 7–9
Build evidence through action
We turn your intentions into commitments and experiments. You practice following through, review what happened, and adjust without treating imperfect results as failure.
- Week 7: Make a decision using clear criteria rather than repeated reassurance.
- Week 8: Strengthen follow-through and boundaries under everyday pressure.
- Week 9: Practice recovering from setbacks and returning to your commitments.
TakeawayA record of decisions, actions, and lessons you can build on.
Week 10
Integrate and continue
We review what has changed, where the old pattern still appears, and what support or practice you need next. You leave with a plan for maintaining progress beyond the program.
TakeawayA personalized 90-day continuation plan and review routine.
This may be a fit if…
- You have meaningful goals but keep postponing the decisions that would move them forward.
- You understand your patterns yet struggle to respond differently in the moment.
- You achieve results while relying heavily on pressure, approval, or overwork.
- You want stronger boundaries and more trust in your own judgment.
- You are willing to reflect honestly, practice between sessions, and take responsibility for your choices.
The work can apply to your career, leadership, relationships, and personal direction. We begin with the areas that matter most to you.
This is a coaching experience for personal development. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or medical care.
You have thought about the change. Give yourself a way to practice it.
Tell us what you want to change, what you have tried, and what keeps getting in the way. We will use that conversation to decide whether The Liberation Code is the right next step.
Applying does not obligate you to enroll.
